Who is responsible for your data

What this notice covers

This notice covers the nobelplus.com.tr website and any contact you start from it (phone, WhatsApp, e-mail). Health data processed during examinations and treatment is explained to you separately at the clinic.

Data processed on the website

• There are no forms, accounts or online payments; the website never asks for your name or phone number.
• We don't use cookies, visitor analytics, advertising or retargeting tools.
• The website keeps no record that identifies or tracks visitors. For security, the server briefly logs technical errors only; these logs may include the IP address of the connection.
• Fonts and images are served from our own server; opening a page doesn't connect you to any third-party service.
• Google Maps loads only when you press "Show map". Google then processes connection data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy.

Data processed when you contact us

When you call, message us on WhatsApp or send an e-mail, the information you share — your name, phone number or e-mail address, your message and, if you choose to send them, health data such as photos and X-rays — is used to:

• answer your questions and book appointments
• assess your treatment options and prepare a written treatment plan
• plan your treatment around your travel dates if you're coming from abroad
• meet our legal obligations

Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: that it is directly necessary to enter into or perform a contract, to comply with our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests where these don't override your fundamental rights. Health data is processed under Article 6 for medical diagnosis, treatment and care, by dentists and healthcare staff bound by professional confidentiality.

Sharing your data

We don't share your data with third parties for marketing. It may be shared with competent public authorities (such as the Ministry of Health) where the law requires. The website is hosted on a server in Türkiye.

WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms, and our e-mail address (Gmail) by Google. When you message or e-mail us, your messages and files travel through their infrastructure, so they may be processed on servers outside Türkiye and are subject to that service's own privacy terms. If you'd rather not share health data that way, you can call us or visit the clinic instead.

How long we keep it

Messages and appointment details are kept for as long as they're needed for the purpose they were collected for, and for any period the law requires; after that they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Patient records are kept for the periods set by Turkish health regulations.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can apply to the Clinic to:

• find out whether your personal data is processed, and request information about it
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly
• know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it has been transferred
• ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected
• ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions set by the KVKK
• ask for corrections or deletions to be passed on to third parties who received the data
• object to a decision against you that results solely from automated processing
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing

How to apply

Send your request in writing to the clinic's address, or e-mail it to info.nobelplus@gmail.com from an e-mail address you have previously given us, with enough information for us to verify your identity. We reply free of charge within thirty days; if your request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
